An_SyS 14 licence install problems

Hi all ! Thank u for viewing this message, I tried to install a "magnitude" version of this software, I followed various methods presented on TPB direct torrent threads and I still gat a loads of errors while installing it. I passed 1 whole day trying without success.

1°) when i install the licence I gat a :" Visual C++, runtime error, the program need to terminate in an unusual way" at first step of installation. And after completing all these steps I don't have a "licence.dat" file, so can't make use of methods using this file to overcome this problem.

2°) the FLEXlm isn't activate when i try to install the licence, also all given solutions I learn from here doesn't worked. Maybe it's a problem with the host ID system of FLEXlm but still, I don't know how to change anything

3°) Then even if I complete the installation of the licence it's not recognize by the system and I can't use FLUENT or any other soft, and I still haven't a "licence.dat" file created.

I, of course, take all dispositions to cut internet during all these phases and so on.

If you could help me, have some issues on the software too and bring your own stone to the saber, I'll appreciate it.

I think that all the software environment is OK and it's really ANSYS. It's more about the licence system, eventually AP_CALC.exe, that most of my problems come from.
I tried on 2 different computers win 7 x64b and I had the exact same problems.

I mostly followed these steps :

1. Copy MAGNITUDE and paste in your desktop;
2. Make sure that there are NOT any other Ansys license in your computer. If there are, open windows on safe mode and delete them;
3. Open the DVD and install the license manager setupLM.exe as administrator. Finish the installation without the license file;
4. Open MAGNITUDE paste in your desktop and run the calculator;
5. Copy the license file to C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\Shared Files\Licensing;
6. Run license manager and choose Run the License Wizard;
7. Choose Run the ANSYS Licensing interconnect with FLEXlm (default);
8. Find the license file on C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\Shared Files\Licensing and click continue;
9. Click Continue over and over and finish the installation and restart your computer;

Again, make sure that you are not connected on internet.

10. Now mount m-a1464a.iso and run as administrator Setup.exe;
11. Choose with ansys products do you want to, and continue;
12. Skip the following options and click continue;
13. Mount the m-a1464b.iso when the software asks.
14. When the installation is over, restart your computer again.

and more particularly these one (see attachment),
and try by changing host code of the machine, stopping the licence system, and other simple configurations
