For three weeks now, this person has been uploading numerous large music files:

But none have been seeded. If you put one in your queue. Many seeders will show, but they all have only 0%, so nothing starts.
Being a magnetic link, no one has the torrent file to support the upload.
What I don't get is why the person doesn't realize that nothing is being seeded.
