File Not Found

I have been using Piratebay for years. I've never had this issue before. When I click on the magnet link to download it says: file not found. This problem is specifically with Firefox engine. I can use internet explorer and download just fine. Is my IP blocked? Or is the issue something else? Please, please help. Piratebay has been the light of my life!

This has nothing to do with the site.

It is simply because you haven't configured Firefox to handle magnet links yet.

There are numerous guides online for configuring Firefox to handle magnet links. Your bittorrent client may even be able to do that for you.

Might be helpful

1. Open Firefox and type in about:config in the Address Bar and hit Enter.
2. Type in enter handler.expose in the search box at the top of the list.
3. right click - New - Boolean
4. Enter the preference name network.protocol-handler.expose.magnet
5. Set its value to false
6. Click on the magnet link and you should see Firefox’s Launch Application Choose Dialog
7. Select your torrent client.
