No, it needs activation .. cant disconnect the gpu or the plane dies, cant activate the apu or start the engines without activation its kind of pointless but to look around the cockpit.
And KO Zone, resources folder contains the CEF plugin that goes into xplane/resources/plugins .. just extract the files into the main directory and it will put everything where it should be.

Nobody will give you serial number, because it has limited activations and it's possible for developer to check on which hardware plane was activated, e.g. same or not same.
I'm also waiting for crack. The price for FF A320 is way too much, especially with money exchange rate in my country. Also, I started to think that if it is to hard to crack this protection, may be you (if to buy key legally) "feel it" the whole time you're flying this aircraft - in FPS drops.
