I have Shadow of the Colossus. From the looks of it, it looks like a masterpiece. I haven't played it yet, but because you brought it up, I'll have a look.

The one I have has Japanese, English, and Chinese languages.

Ooh.. and here I thought I was the only one with a copy of the Asian region version of the game. That game and Ico are highly recommended.

Judging from your PS3 comment and your asking for PS1 and PS2 games, I suspect you plan on playing it off actual PS2 hardware rather than an emulator. Anyway, here's my contribution. Games in italics were not released in English.

I can't believe no one has listed Metal Gear Solid 1 on PS1? That was a groundbreaking game. I don't know about the best games, because I was a poor kid that didn't have many games, but I like the Jak and Daxter series, Metal Gear Solid series, Soul Calibur, Burnout 3, Devil May Cry series (two is garbage).
