Click on the .exe. It will run an installer. Each .exe installer will install different content. If you are installing older content that was developed for Poser, then you should have a path to Poser Content in DAZ Studio. Poser puts everything in the runtime folder and trying to load these items in DAZ outside of the Poser file structure often leads to trouble. DAZ Studio knows how to use the Poser file structures, but most ordinary users don't.
Once you run the installer, it will either put the content in the Poser content directory or you can usually do a custom install from the installer, where you can tell it where to install the files.
These files are as safe or dangerous as any executables you download from the Internet. You should always have an active anti-virus/malware program running and scanning files before you even save to your hard drive. I haven't seen too many viruses but I've only downloaded a couple of items from that site, so I would definitely scan all files before running them.

Having a hard time with this. The .exe was fine but the items are not in my content library. Before you give me the response posted all over the internet. I have done both of the following. The first time the installer was pointed to the progamfilesx86/daz/content. I read this was wrong after not finding my content. So I installed it again to C:\Users\Public\Documents\My DAZ 3D Library as another library suggested. That didn't work either. As a last ditch effort I dragged and dropped the files from the x86l install into the appropriate folders in the content manager. I have looked though all of my files in DS including the lost and found. Nothing...
Can someone help me with this? This is the bundle I want the most and it's driving me nuts. :/

Is the content there when you use file explorer? If so, then the installer is putting it where you're telling it to. If not, then there's something wrong with the installer.
Assuming the installer is working properly, I go back to what I told you days ago: you're putting files made for Poser into a DAZ folder (i.e. runtime). The DAZ and Poser runtime file structures are not identical and unless you have experience with both (which it appears that you don't), then you need to let DAZ do the figuring for you. You need to configure DAZ's content management system (cms) to tell it where to look for Poser content . You do this under 'Edit/Preferences/Content/Content Directory Manager' tabs in Studio. Once you've navigated there in Studio, you'll have all your content directories on the right of the pop-up box. The one second from the bottom is titled 'Poser Format'. Click on the '+' sign and it will expand to show you where DAZ thinks Poser files are going. That is where DAZ will look for them and that is where the files you are installing need to go. If there's no folder there, click the 'add' button on the left and add in the folder you want the Poser content to go in. Click accept and then accept again to go back to the DAZ home screen. In your Content Library navigation tab on the left of the screen, right click on 'DAZ Studio Formats' and then click on "Refresh" to refresh the database (you should do this every so often just to make sure that all installed content is being captured in Studio). When you open the 'Poser Formats' tab on the navigation pane, you'll see the file structure for Poser (e.g. Cameras, Figures, Hair, etc). That is where you will find these files.
If you still can't find them after that, I can't help you. And, if you had done a little digging/googling on installing Poser into DAZ Studio, you'd have found thousands of links on how to do it.

I personally dont use smart content. For me its just a hassle because somestuff that you might download wont have meta so it wont get added to smart content.
I just use the normal content tab and use the old fashion tree style layout.
Its very hard to explain how it all works. Its just something you need to experience yourself and watch alot of youtube videos about manual installing content.
Youtube is good because then you SEE what the user is doing and how they work.etc
I think we all learn the hard way but I think thats the only way.
