Here's something to keep in mind: Reddit has been under attack by the MPAA for supposed violations of the DMCA in the Piracy forum. They've tried three times now to get the IP's of all who post there. The last attempt was shot down by the courts as recently as last month. The last thing we need is our own group members here facing lawsuits or criminal charges for uploading there. I don't even go online anymore without using a VPN. 

We must keep as low of a profile as possible in every way possible for the safety of our group and its members. Reddit did their IPO recently which brings even more scrutiny to that entire website. Using it as a contact point in case of emergencies is fine but other than that it's not wise to put ourselves and friends at risk. Assholes have been trying to shut The Pirate Bay down for a few decades now but have failed thanks to the diligence of those who run it. Reddit would cave far more easily today if DMCA accusations or violations are involved. I'm a Torrentfreak subscriber and keep up to date with what's going on with the attacks by big media on groups such as ours. We have a very good thing going here, let's not do anything to jeopardize it. On here were can generally fly under the radar, on Reddit the risks are far greater of attracting unwanted attention.
