Change the settings on ALL of your "downloading" computers to:
Put new downloads in: C:\Downloads
Move completed downloads to: \\*****Q-750\Downloads
Store .torrents in C:\Downloads\Torrents
Move .torrents for finished jobs to: \\*****Q-750\Downloads\Torrents
Remove the tick from "Automatically load .torrents from"
Then go into Queueing set the "Minimum ratio" to 0, the "Minimum seeding time" to 0, then tick "Limit the upload rate" and set the value to 0
Change the settings on your ONE "seeding" computer to:
Put new downloads in: C:\Downloads
Untick Move completed downloads to:
Store .torrents in C:\Downloads\Torrents
Untick Move .torrents for finished jobs to:
Automatically load .torrents from: C:\\Downloads\Torrents
Then go into Queueing set the "Minimum ratio" to -1
[I'm assuming in the above that \\*****Q-750\Downloads points to C:\Downloads\ on your seeding computer.]
The principle is that you do all your downloading of .torrent files (either directly, or indirectly via a magnet link) and "content files" on whatever computer you initiate the download on. Then, once the downloading is complete, you move both the .torrent file and the content files to the seeding computer so that it can automatically start seeding.
The way you've tried to do it--downloading directly to the seeding computer--won't work because it will result in multiple computers attempting to update the files simultaneously.
