Well, if you like my advice again, buying Windows and pirating Windows won't make a difference if you're dealing with driver problems.
I guess you would know this by now, but, in case you don't, you will need drivers for Windows 7; not 8.1, not Vista, not XP, and not 10. Make sure you're getting drivers for Windows 7 if that is what you're having problems with.
EDIT: Ah ***** the advice. I just went to the drivers section of the Toshiba website and I found nothing that will categorise the drivers. In that case, just install the latest driver. I'm an idiot sometimes.

It's called Driverspack, and it's open source. It scans your computer for unidentified drivers and replaces them with a compatible one... I think. Worth a try.
