On windows, you can use this X-Plane 11 DVD to activate past the demo. Mount the ISO before starting X-Plane 12.

You can use XP11 codex but that won't get you XP12 scenery

I'd wait for someone to post a proper crack of the XP12 scenery

Would it work if I burn the iso file onto a physical disk instead of mounting onto my pc?

Alright, I'm ready to believe. Just tell me the process properly.

1. Install the X-Plane 12 Demo
2. Once the demo is done installing, open the .iso file
3. Navigate into X-Plane 11 till u find X-Plane.exe zip folder
4. Open it, copy x-plane.exe into the X-Plane 12 root folder
5. Run the installer to update again (since if u click the .exe straightaway, it will display error)
6. Once the update is done, u can now run x-plane 12 full version

When I update, it asks if I'd like to I replace the X-Plane.exe. If I do replace, it asks for the demo during startup. If I don't replace, it's the same strange error.
