"upload torrent" link redirects out of Tor

When I click "upload torrent" link I'm redirected to https://upl.thepiratebay.org/upload
I instantly got a Cloudflare CAPTCHA. Does TPB have a Tor torrent upload address?

That's the page you should get redirected to. It seems to be pot luck with captchas when using tor. For the first time in ages, I just got redirected straight to the 'index a torrent' page, usually there's a captcha or two, and sometimes there are captchas to complete once you hit 'Add to index.' On one occcasion when uploading via tor, I didn't get a single one (and thought it was broke), but there's usually at least one with every torrent you upload.

I thought the Tor address was created to remove CloudFlare's CAPTCHAs for Tor users. I have to enable JavaScript now, makes browser fingerprinting easier. Why there's no Tor upload address?

No, the Tor address was created to provide a Tor address.

You don't have to enable javascript--cloudflare is provides a javascript-less captcha if javascript is disabled.

When I click Add to Index, immediately cloudflare opens. On solving that, I get blank upload page again!
