Yes it does. But you may have to add a custom rule for that ad--it may not be blocked by default.

Just right click on the ad, select adblock plus: block frame and block the go2cloud.org domain

Op you may also visit the (https://thepiratebay.org) url other than tor .. ads are blocked easily by adblockers like ublock etc etc.
