I have a question about Fantastic beasts and where you can find them

Does the book not have anything to do with the movie or is there a book based on the movie

Well I found a list for the book at this link:

But which one to do with the movie is the right book would the screenplay be the one the movie is based on or is that not  the right one

Does anybody know is the Original Screenplay the right one to read because I had a person say on another forum that the Original Screenplay was the one that goes with the movie and I am just checking to make sure because 2 sources of information is always better then one source of information
