Just tried it out and it works well. Just make sure you aren't trying to recreate ebay on your computer, or something else ginormously big. I did one with about 200-300 pages in around 20 minutes.

Orwell Dev C++, an elegant, multi-featured C/C++ IDE

This version of the Dev C++ is an update of the Dev C++ IDE environment. For starters, there are C, C++, and GUI templates (mostly) for easy Windows program development. GNU/Linux users should just use Netbeans and QT4 for C/C++ GUI.
